Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services are provided for individuals upon graduation from high school or through the Early Childhood Intervention program up to the child's third birthday. The public school system is the primary service provider after the age of 3 through graduation from high school. However, a youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) may have an additional emotional or mental disorder that qualifies the youth for the Children's Mental Health program.
